Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as default. If you wish for express or special delivery, please contact us.

We reserve the right to choose alternative delivery couriers when appropriate.

Inverness area

We will deliver local orders after 1600 Wednesday-Friday. Any orders placed outwith these days will arrive on our designated local delivery days.
Alternatively, you can use our local collect option.

Orders within 7 miles of the workshop with a value under £25 will be delivered at £3.99
Orders over £25 will be free delivery.

To reduce waste, the item(s) will be delivered loose but securely.

Local collection

Available to pick up between 0900-1800.

Please allow us time to package your order and await confirmation that your items are ready before attempting to pick up.

Orders placed after 1730 will not be available until the following day.

Fragile Items (EG: Glass)

Due to recent breakages, only large aquariums can be shipped via pallet and small aquariums are collection only.
